I have a strong value for and specialty in navigating our overall health from a multidisciplinary approach. I also specialize in offering support for spiritual health with Spiritual direction.
Services
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual directors are trained listeners, doulas, and companions on the spiritual journey. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Therapy
I have been a bilingual licensed clinical therapist (Spanish) in the Goshen community for the past decade.
Consultation
I also offer consultation in the various areas including of mental health, as well as organizational consulting and retreating.
Events
I host several special events throughout the year. This includes events targeted for women, families and often have an outdoor component where people can connect to each other and to the earth.
